Pursuant to the federal Tobacco 21 law (P.L. 116-94, codified at 21 U.S.C. § 387f(d)) and Arizona Revised Statutes § 36-798.03, the sale of tobacco, vapor, and nicotine products to anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service and to require valid government-issued photo identification at any time.

2. Products & Health Warnings

WARNING: Tobacco and vapor products contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Products sold by Smokeland are intended for use only by legal-age adults. These products are not smoking-cessation devices and have not been evaluated by the FDA for that purpose. Pregnant or nursing women, persons with heart conditions, diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, or other medical conditions should not use these products.

Kratom and 7-OH products are sold as botanical specimens, not for human consumption, and are not approved by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a physician before use.

3. Compliance with Law

All purchases are subject to U.S. federal law (including the FDA Tobacco Control Act and the PACT Act), Arizona state law, and City of Glendale ordinances. You agree to use any product purchased from us in compliance with all applicable laws. Resale or distribution to minors is strictly prohibited.

4. Sales, Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and applicable health regulations, all sales are final. Defective electronic devices may be exchanged within 7 days with original receipt, subject to manufacturer warranty terms.
